Article . 7 D. Decree 196 /03 states:

2 . The interested party has the right to obtain information in relation to the data source; purposes of the processing ; logic of the treatment ; details of the Holder and the people in charge , of the parties to whom the data may be communicated.
3 . The interested party has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or integration of data erasure , transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which does not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations mentioned above have been made known to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4 . The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him or even relevant to the purpose of the collection , the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising material.
