Payment Terms

To confirm a booking made directly through the official website of Villa Liberty in San Vincenzo, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required.

The remaining balanceis payable upon arrival at the property.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate

  • For cancellations made up to15 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
  • For cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate

  • The Non-Refundable Rate offers a discounted price compared to the Standard Rate.
  • Bookings made under this rate are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Villa Liberty offers a self-check-in system using a key lockbox. Guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access their apartment before arrival.

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax required by the Municipality of San Vincenzo is not included in the booking price and is charged according to the rates and exemptions in force at the time of your stay.

House Rules

Pets: Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet per stay, subject to an additional charge of€50 per stay.

Guests are required to respect the apartments, furniture, facilities, communal areas and the peace and quiet of other guests.


Smoking regulations will be specified in the property’s house rules.

Services Included in Your Stay

The price of your stay at Villa Liberty includes the following services:

  • Use of the booked apartmentand its facilities.
  • Wi-Fi connection..
  • Bed linen and towels.
  • Final cleaning of the apartment.
  • Beach service at Bagno La Perla, located approximately 200 metres from the property, including one beach umbrella, one sun lounger and one deckchair, subject to the conditions and dates specified in your booking.

Additional Services and Charges

  • Private Parking: €5 per night per parking space, unless included in a special offer or booking.
  • Pets: €50 per stay, with a maximum of one pet.
